On Oct. 12th, 2017, Smart Metering Solutions (Changsha) Co., Ltd (“SMSC”) attended the Hong Kong Institution of Engineer (HK IE) Symposium 2017 together with Siemens Hong Kong Energy Management Division. Participants of the symposium also included many professionals from energy industry, such as China Light & Power Group (HK CLP), HK IE members, management of KUM SHING Group, etc.

At the symposium, SMSC presented the overall Smart Home solution integrating self-developed E2 Platform (Energy Efficiency) with multiple smart home device, including switch, plug, lighting, in-home display, various sensors, etc. which enables remote control over those device and real-time monitoring on in-home power consumption status.

As an important component of the “Smart City” concept, SMSC Smart Home solution and applications were well-acknowledged by participants at the event, which is a good start for marketing promotion for Energy Management business in Hong Kong area.
